For the 15th time in a row, one of the biggest events of the Styrian export industry took place yesterday in Graz, Austria. The EXPORTTAG was first launched by ICS and has since then offered visitors from various sectors first-hand information on internationalization.
The highlight of the EXPORTTAG is, of course, the announcement of the year’s Styrian EXPORT PRIZES to exporter-owned Austrian companies in three different categories – small, medium and large, and awarding the first award for the new exporter of the year.
After winning The Austrian Export prize in June – a prize that not only appreciates the world success of the individual company but honors the fact it is significantly contributing to putting Austria on the ‘Economical world map’, the Styrian Export Prize for medium-sized enterprises was awarded to Pessl Instruments in the highlight of the 15th EXPORTTAG.
Our CEO and Founder, Gottfried Pessl said: “We are happy and honored to win the Styrian Export prize for medium-sized companies. This highly prestigious prize is a clear sign of a unique position of our company in the market with products for better resource management. I would like to thank all of our employees for the effort – it wouldn’t be possible to win nor the Styrian Export Prize nor the Austrian Export Prize without such a great team.”
